Custom pre-built elements
To carry out rehabilitation and improvement works of plants efficiently, with minimal lost operating time, ANCOR TECMIN develops custom-made polymer composite devices and products “pre-built in factory”. These have been completely pre-assembled in the factory – often on full-scale models of the structures and equipment found in the field – to verify assembly times, identify and eventually correct any non-conformity of tolerances or clearances, as well as eliminate interferences, identify the requirements for special tools or materials, etc. Each pre-built package is disassembled marked on its assemblies and parts, labeled and dispatched on site, for installation by ANCOR TECMIN specialist teams.

- Individual “equipment by equipment” restoration and improvement projects including design, manufacture and factory pre-assembly on the pre-built products with advance verification of the sequences and safe procedures to guarantee installation times and on-site job.
- Pre-built parts and devices of high quality guaranteed, manufactured and controlled in an industrial environment appropriate for handling resins and other materials of the specialty, minimizing their handling on site where the environment is often inadequate (humidity, acid mist, chemical contamination, etc.).
- One-handed responsibility for project engineering, pre-built fabrication and turnkey installation with guaranteed installation schedule, costs, results and durability.
