ANCOR TECMIN offers major EPC contracts with engineering, supply and construction of process plants and implementation of typical technologies in EW and ER plants.
It has developed skills related to organization and management of joint ventures or other forms of partnership with external consulting firms, to offer a complete service to the customer with centralized coordination and professional responsibility for the EPC type Contracts has executed.
An EPC Projects integrated by ANCOR TECMIN, covers under one responsibility and technical and operational guarantees: global engineering service, acquisitions of main equipment from third parties with their assembly on site and associated constructions and interconnections with ANCOR TECMIN manufacturing equipment in the areas of Leaching (LX), Solvent Extraction (SX) and Electrowinning (EW), of the latest proven process technologies and international standards that guarantee the projected production of each Project.
- Construction and assembly of main equipment: corresponds to the installation of main equipment in the LX, SX and TF areas (pond farm); EW (electrowinning plant) and power plant.
- Supplies and assembly: piping; FRP tanks and pumps, etc. in SX-TF and equipment in EW; electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic interconnections with their controls, including: HDPE piping, FRP ponds, Supertank®, cells, electrodes, etc.
Check the conformity of services/jobs carried out with technical specifications/ customer requirements, proper operation, commissioning and delivery of a plant with cathode production at a high rate.
