Anti-corrosion solutions for all types of surfaces
As a solution to the problem of corrosion, ANCOR TECMIN designs a customized engineering system of specialized coating according to requirements of each case, designed with highly resistant resins.
It has an extensive line of systems for the protection of surfaces exposed to severe chemical corrosion, for example, electrolytic tankhouses basements, floors, columns, gutters, tanks, pedestals and bases of equipment, etc. Some of these protection systems are locally formulated and produced by ANCOR TECMIN and other systems for special protections are imported for each project, from the United States or Germany.
Custom Protection
Antacid protection systems based on thermosetting resins:
- Depending on the mechanical, structural and chemical stress properties of each application, resin layers can be reinforced with quartz particles (mortar and polymer concrete), with glass flakes or mica, or with FRP or combination of other reinforcements.
- The type of resin is determined according to the stresses and temperature of the application and can be low-cost polyester or higher-performance vinyl ester, epoxy, polyurethane or furan.
